Scheduled an appointment 2 times and both times the manager was not on site to show us the apartment. A chat bot scheduled my appointment both times and was more empathetic on email but no one reached out to reschedule. Terrible experience standing outside the building for 30- 40 mins each time on a scheduled and confirmed appointment. It’s clear that they probably don’t have sufficient staffing or probably expect the chat bot to find a way to show the apartment or just don’t care about new/existing tenants. The manager was very welcoming. The complex was well kept and peaceful.
I’ve made two appointments to visit this complex for an opening they had on their website. I scheduled with the chat bot for Wednesday at 11 am, get to the complex and am told by someone that the manager is only in on Tuesday and Thursday. Okay, I leave a message on the voicemail and reschedule using the website bot again for Thursday at 9 am. I come back on Thursday at 9 am and try calling 3 different times until 9:10 am before giving up.
The new apartment manager is really helpful and very hands on been here 3 years and have made great memories!!!!
