I’ve made two appointments to visit this complex for an opening they had on their website. I scheduled with the chat bot for Wednesday at 11 am, get to the complex and am told by someone that the manager is only in on Tuesday and Thursday. Okay, I leave a message on the voicemail and reschedule using the website bot again for Thursday at 9 am. I come back on Thursday at 9 am and try calling 3 different times until 9:10 am before giving up.
The new apartment manager is really helpful and very hands on been here 3 years and have made great memories!!!!
Look elsewhere - you can do much better. As of 2019, I've moved out after living here for several years. The management and maintenance has declined substantially over time. The pool has leaked for years, and there are visible holes in roof areas, broken skylights, etc. yet they put over $40k into landscaping out front. They do not repair things promptly if at all - even serious problems such as leaks.
