Billing issues, always blamed on the staff. I, too, had a report left at the door with no actual service. On another occasion I was told there was service but I didn't receive paperwork. When I asked for paperwork I was sent a photo of someone else's receipt. When I replied that the receipt was not for my address I received no response.

They left trash on the side of the road knowing the county would not pick it up. They also were supposed to replace the vapor barrier and never did. Then proceeded to charge me. Worst company ever.

Terrible customer service. I paid the annual service fee but they didn't come to do the termite inspection. I am going to report this scam.

Have been charged double for months and have on camera evidence that they have not done services they claim to have done. Literally they walked up to our door with a bill and did not check traps. We are now stuck in the nightmare of them refusing to accept our termination.

Did not perform services for several months after signing a contract, but claimed they did. Refused to send a refund and had to request cancelling the contract multiple times before they would stop charging my card.
