I'm not going to waste a lot of time writing because I honestly have very little to write about. EXCEPT to say I am happy (as heli) I chose to have my elective surgical procedure at this institution for a host of reasons not the least of which was location, professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and experience. I literally waited three (3) years [m/o/l] to have the hernia repaired at this hospital, which happens to be nearest my home. There are no doctors in the ER! Nurses only. I'm not knocking them. They have stressful hard working jobs. But when you are very I'll it is a doctor that you want. Recently I went to this hospital with double pneumonia. I'll was shocked because I didn't feel for just 12 hours or so as prior to that 12 hours I felt perfectly well, but I wasn't. the staff will let you die before they help someone I seen a patient in so much pain and they let her suffer for hours while they laughed and ate food you will be dead going to that racist Hospital
The staff has an attitude problem. It’s an ER, patients are already feeling bad, and the last thing they need is piss poor service from staff who chose a public service job yet doesn’t want to provide said public service!
They are not medically competent, especially the x-ray department. Do not use this facility, go the extra distance to a qualified medical facility. The drive may save your life.
Incredible staff!!! Actually enjoyed my visit BECAUSE of your employees personable yet professional service...honestly...beautiful people! This place just doesnt care! On top of the rude staff.. They dont even know what they are doing! I hate coming here wish there was a closer hospital!
My husband was in the ER with chest pain. The staff was prompt and provided excellent care. Arranged for transfer to Tallahassee. The ambulance service was timely and a speedy ride to Tallahassee. Ron and I both thank the staff at MCMH and TMH.
