Glad to have this service but when I came hime today, my trash can looked like it had been in crash derby. Unnecessary cost to replace. Take time to do the job right. Better to slow down and be good at it than to be in a hurry and cost the county money which will only be passed on to the residents of Madison County in the future.
Damaged trash cans, had to fight to get new cans delivered
6 out 10 months they pass my trash and I have to call to have them come back. You can't come in or leave my neighborhood without passing it.So it's confusing why it's so difficult for them to pick it up
Madison County Garbage Collection has always done a fine job of picking up our weekly garbage. Now, as my husband and I are elderly and are no longer able to take our trash bin to the street, they send someone to empty it and return it to the house. That’s a wonderful, much-needed service, and we greatly appreciate they’re doing it. Can’t ask for better service than that!
