6 out 10 months they pass my trash and I have to call to have them come back. You can't come in or leave my neighborhood without passing it.So it's confusing why it's so difficult for them to pick it up

Madison County Garbage Collection has always done a fine job of picking up our weekly garbage. Now, as my husband and I are elderly and are no longer able to take our trash bin to the street, they send someone to empty it and return it to the house. That’s a wonderful, much-needed service, and we greatly appreciate they’re doing it. Can’t ask for better service than that!

My trash can was to full so I put a bad in front of my can they got out moved the bag and left it in the road then won’t answer when called

I live on a very icy laden road , today our garbage collector could not get the truck down the road,he in turn got out of the truck and proceeded to walk down the ice covered road and pulled both of the cans through the ice to empty them and then he carefully slipped and slid bringing them back to my home . Thank you Madison County for Excellence Service.
