this is the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of being with, very rude members they canceled my account after an overdraft after I signed papers telling them to not over draft on my debit card and the manager literally hung up on me multiple times, I would not recommend there gonna charge u 35$ if u over draft won't stop overdraft even if you ask and the 5$ monthly members fee is a joke for how rude they are
CONSUMER BEWARE. Do not use Madison County Federal Credit Union. I am a long-time customer (7 years). The first 5.5 years with this bank was fine. The tellers are wonderful. And we never had any issues. Then last year at some point they changed their “systems” from what their Bank manager told me.
