They were the only farmer's market open today. There was a Facebook post today on this page that said they were open from 8am to 1pm. We arrived around 11:30 to see that they were closed for the holiday. I posted comment about the hours under the post questioning the difference in the Facebook and on the door. Now I see the entire original post had been taken down as if it didn't exist. I understand things happen but not updating the hours and then taking the post down without addressing the issue seems very unprofessional.

We are sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. We took down the July 4th post so that no one else would be confused about holiday hours. Unfortunately, we had to close early yesterday due to a family illness. The oversight of not updating the Facebook status was clearly a mistake. Please accept our apologies, and swing by the store for a free watermelon some time this week.
Wow! Just gotta rave about the Valencia in-shell raw peanuts I picked up at Ayers the other day as I was getting some things for Thanksgiving! Instead of Black Friday shopping, I boiled these peanuts today. They are by far the BEST boiled peanuts I have had in years! :)
