Have been a tenant here since I was 9 years old in 2012. Have had electrical problems since we moved in (I had to cut the power and use tweezers to clear debris not put there by me in a outlet hole in my room in 2018, out of our 3 phone lines only one has been useable since 2012) be mindful and read your lease: make sure you know what’s required. Apparently these units, and the ones in Rensselaer, were both bought out last year. Anyone have any updates on what's going on out there? They seemed to be nice units but prior management was not very good.
