I am so incredibly happy with my experience with Madison Collision Center. Keith was a HUGE help with my wife's car repair. He did everything he could to keep the cost within reason and get our car back to looking brand new. The repair job was flawless and they went the extra mile and cleaned the car inside and out. If and when we need another repair, we will definitely be back! Highly recommend.
I expected beter... they installed shimmeys underneath my hood in the wrong location (i.e. they are visable). Overspray from painting the fender is sprayed all over my engine compartment. They installed a USED headlight on my NEW car that is the WRONG COLOR! They explained they would fix it, but I feel like a place like this should have done it right the first time. I am new to the area and cannot speak highly enough of the folks here at Madison Collision Center. They were kind, explained everything to me, fast and went above and beyond what was expected, even at a cost to themselves. The office staff is friendly and the techs are experts! GREAT company to take your car to!
I recently had a sweet person hit the back side of my suv, so I took my car to Madison Collision Repair to see what type of options I had. That's when I met Brian. He was amazing. He assessed the extent of the damage quickly and efficiently and came up with a game plan to restore my car back to its former beauty. They repaired the damage within the timeline I was given and my car looked better than it had before. You would never have known that there had been any damage. Brian was a huge help today. I was in and out with an estimate for insurance in no time. They were on top of things right away and explained everything to a tee. I'd definitely use them again even though their soda vending machine is older than I am lol.
