Machine took my all of the cash and change that I had but would not count half of it so now I am unable to get my merchandise or a refund. I am not able to get a hold of anyone over the phone and even though they tell you to leave a message, there is no option to leave a message. The phone rings for a while and then just stops. The person behind me who had experience with this machine said that this happens quite often.

Poor customer service. Machine is always broken. Hard to know what it tastes like when it’s not working. Repair man not friendly when called back to fix the machine. Would not recommend company.
Haven’t even been able to try the coffee because the machine is always broken.
