Brandon saved the day today! My 2020 Rubicon wouldn’t start this morning. The service department was closed so I contacted Sales to see if they could help me troubleshoot. Brandon drove to me with the jumper kit and started my Jeep. This is what it means to put customers first. Thank you Brandon!!!!!
I visited Madison Chrysler Jeep and General Sales Manager Mike Ramcke because of a friend referral. I could not have been happier with my experience there. Mike was willing to negotiate on the price (most other sellers that I dealt with were not budging on the price) and didn't hit me with any surprises.
