Don’t take your vehicle here. I had my vehicle serviced here years ago, and everything went smoothly. I had the complete opposite experience now, they held my vehicle for 17 days with no inspection whatsoever, ran out my rental insurance and forced me to get it towed to another dealership to get it EVEN inspected, the Collision Center Manager flat out told me he had higher paying jobs and mine meant nothing. Go to a better dealership.
Bought a Ram from another dealership with warranty. Went to shop within 30 days of buying it. Had to wait 8 days to get an appointment and now it has been 8 days waiting to get it back. Supposedly a mechanic quit and now another week. I didn't buy the truck for it to be in the shop more time than I've had to drive it. I should have went somewhere else and next time I will. I sold my Ford to buy this, wont make that mistake again either. Last time buy from a Ram dealer.
