I applied for a job. The staff was very nice.
Had my jeep towed to their dealership on April 30th experiencing electrical problems and wouldn’t start. Service manager insisted it was the starter despite never bench testing, only based it on symptoms. Ignored all other symptom patterns with a glitchy TIPM. Insisted the only way they could test it was by installing the starter and billing me for it. Have not had any updates or correspondence since 5/15. A recall repair was started at the scheduled time and finished by the promised time. They were courteous and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.
