Bought a Ram from another dealership with warranty. Went to shop within 30 days of buying it. Had to wait 8 days to get an appointment and now it has been 8 days waiting to get it back. Supposedly a mechanic quit and now another week. I didn't buy the truck for it to be in the shop more time than I've had to drive it. I should have went somewhere else and next time I will. I sold my Ford to buy this, wont make that mistake again either. Last time buy from a Ram dealer.

Do not use their service department! They are completely incompetent and will tell you one thing on the phone and the opposite thing in person. I brought my vehicle in for a repair. Originally they told me it was not covered under warranty, but when I picked up the vehicle, they told me it was covered by warranty after all and sent me home with a no charge receipt. Eye opening time, they tried to sell me 3 different vehicles. I was told I could not leave the lot because they had recalls so no test drive no buy. Avoid the lemons buy from another dealer.
