Very professional team! I have been coming for many years for dental cleaning & any other dental work, the staff is very friendly & there is good communication about planned treatments & scheduled appointments. The insurance claim process has been very straightforward. Appointments are always on time. Location is very convenient for me as is near my office & near main transit routes. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone.
This is the most professional and client friendly dental clinic I’ve been. I booked the appointment through Opencare and the front desk kind enough to call before the appointment for confirmation and most specifically the procedure and price quotation to ensure I understand what I will be going through. Ruptie, the dental hygienist, is very kind, attention to details, calm and empathetic. I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Madison Centre Family Dental today. During my dental cleaning, the hygienist damaged my dental crown. Instead of acknowledging what had happened, he kept making excuses and refused to take responsibility for the damage. He then asked a dentist named Dr. Lin to speak with me. What made the situation even more frustrating was that Dr. Lin was not present during my cleaning and did not witness what happened. Very professional and kind folks working here! The hygienist Raymond was very thorough and knowledgeable. Dentist Dr. Lin works fast! After being afraid of the dentist my whole life, I feel safe here.
On January 21, I booked a New Patient Exam and Cleaning. Tatiana called me on January 24, and we went through everything over the phone. She told me the total would be $500. My Canada Life plan is supposed to cover 80%, but she said I would still need to pay about $200 out of pocket.
