On January 21, I booked a New Patient Exam and Cleaning. Tatiana called me on January 24, and we went through everything over the phone. She told me the total would be $500. My Canada Life plan is supposed to cover 80%, but she said I would still need to pay about $200 out of pocket. Great team! Had my kids have an appointment here with Dr. Lin. The dental hygienist were super friendly with children between four and seven. They were very patient and kind.

My first visit was good overall. The cleaning went very well, and the hygienist was thorough and professional. However, they made several unreasonable suggestions for unnecessary treatments, such as getting a crown on a perfectly healthy tooth or Invisalign even though my teeth and bite are completely fine. They also insisted on taking X-rays during a routine cleaning, which I felt was unnecessary at that point. I only needed the cleaning. I absolutely love my new dentist office! The place is clean, friendly and welcoming. They explain procedures in great deal.

I loved the whole process. They have been our dentist since 2019. They are very thorough and told us the whole process beforehand. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. Highly recommended!
