This is the most professional and client friendly dental clinic I’ve been. I booked the appointment through Opencare and the front desk kind enough to call before the appointment for confirmation and most specifically the procedure and price quotation to ensure I understand what I will be going through. Ruptie, the dental hygienist, is very kind, attention to details, calm and empathetic. Very professional team! I have been coming for many years for dental cleaning & any other dental work, the staff is very friendly & there is good communication about planned treatments & scheduled appointments. The insurance claim process has been very straightforward. Appointments are always on time. Location is very convenient for me as is near my office & near main transit routes. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to everyone.

On January 21, I booked a New Patient Exam and Cleaning. Tatiana called me on January 24, and we went through everything over the phone. She told me the total would be $500. My Canada Life plan is supposed to cover 80%, but she said I would still need to pay about $200 out of pocket. Great team! Had my kids have an appointment here with Dr. Lin. The dental hygienist were super friendly with children between four and seven. They were very patient and kind.

The receiptionist told me that I didn't have to pay any money for the fillings and the insurance covered. Once the filling was over they said the insurance amount was over and I had to pay that money, I ended up paying about 705 CAD from my pocket. It has turned out that I can never trust this dental centre. The service is also very poor. I'm never gonna come here again. Very unprofessional.
