My mother in law was admitted to Madison Center for a short term rehab stay. She was their for a little less than a month. When she admitted she was so deconditioned and dependant on oxygen at all times. After her discharged she is like a new women, she is in the best physical condition she has been in for a long time. My grandmother was there before she passed and the staff treated my grandmother and family like family it was very welcoming there. Everything was very clean and organized. Thank you staff of madison center for making my grandma comfortable her last days with us.

Ive been staying at Madison for a wk and im going to say that I've been treated so well. All the staff members have been so very nice to me. I see how the others here are treated and all I see is a caring staff. They're doing a awesome job. I will miss them and their care.

My brother went for rehab! Everyday the housekeeper came in and would open the window because she said they needed fresh air it was November. The problem was he was unable to get out of bed and close it! He developed pneumonia and that led to him developing sepsis! One morning they found him unresponsive, called the ambulance and was sent to Ruby’. His sepsis was really bad and caused severe hallucinations! My mom was was put in for rehab for severe back pain, the therapy department was very good with her, but as time went on the pain got worse and got worse as time went on, my mom was on oxygen and they put on a moisturizer bottle which pumped the water straight into her nose, ask for a water trap in the line was told they don't use them there so I asked to fix the problem they unhooked the bottle, few days later they hooked it back up same thing, which lead to pneumonia, my son went for a visit one day Mom was laying naked in... read more
