The apartment on the outside is nice and it has nice amenities. Unfortunately, the apartment we got had a roach problem and after talking with pest control companies they stated to get rid of the problem it would take a few months, and the reasonable accommodation from management was to live there while they did treatment for a "couple of weeks." This place is a corporate, money guzzling joke. Came home to a letter stating we need to renew our lease (that is up in 90 days) within a couple of weeks. The rent will be going up, and the longer I wait to renew our lease, and the shorter amount of time I choose to stay here for, the more it will cost. Funny how I have two weeks to decide 3 months before my lease is up, yet I need to give a 60 day notice in writing if I break my lease or I get charged every month I am not paying on. What a rip off!
