I had made the mistake of renting this apartment out of state as they assured me it was nice but to my disappointment it had been flooded prior to my renting it and it had shoddy repair work. The maintenance man was the worst person I had ever dealt with. My kids had pneumonia after one month living in the apartment they gave us that had been flooded.
