I have lived here at Madison for the past 3 years and I have no complaints. I’ve had no break ins, the gates are always working and the complex is always clean. The offices are quick to respond, they care about the tenants needs and are very dependable. Maintenance team are quick to respond and never had an issue getting it fixed within 48 hours. CONSTANT NOISE AFTER HOURS ESPECIALLY AT THE POOL AND THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. THEY GOT RID OF ONSITE SECURITY AND THE SECURITY NUMBER. I HATE LIVING HERE.
I love Madison @ Bellmar Apartments people need to stop snitching on things that don't pertain to them. And, send out notices about things that actually matter. Because at the end of the day, if anyone's living arrangements gets messed up, that person will not have anywhere to go. It's a dog eat dog world. But hey, who am I to be talking.
