This would be a 5 star but unfortunately as much as I like Dr. Swartz, but the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and borderline rude.
Was trying to get appointment to see Dr. Adams and a lady that answered the phone was so rude. When I called her on it - she told me have a good day and hung up. You Mam have no business serving the public with THAT horrible attitude. You do not represent the good service Dr. Adams is know n to give.

Please do not leave reviews on this site/page if you are not a Saturday patient of Dr. Douglas Adams. The business that goes by the name Madison Behavioral Diagnostic and Treatment Services belongs solely to Dr. Adams. The other providers that rent out an office in this building have a different corporation named Behavioral Health Offices. This page to leave reviews on has no relation to Behavioral Health Offices providers. Unless you are one of Dr. Adams’ Saturday patients, do not leave feedback here. Thank you.
Worst professionalism I’ve ever dealt with as far as their front desk and receptionist go. Definitely not who you want to trust with your issues and problems. THEY DONT CARE! Back story: First appointment, my fiances mother wanted to make sure I gave them the right insurance cards in order because she said they got misfiled in incorrect order last time and it took them over a year to fix so I told that to the receptionist when I got there and she snarkly responded "I doubt that".
