Madison Beach Motel is awesome it's close to the beach and the staff is great they get what you need n that's a plus in my book/
We love Madison beach! Great friendly staff! Clean comfy rooms! We have stayed here several time and will keep coming back! Great location with great prices!
Just attempted to call this hotel to host a company event and when I asked the individual on the phone who I spoke with, he responded with first name Devon. I'm calling from west coast and he told me I needed to call back during normal and regular business hours. This place needs a huge lesson on customer service, accountability and transparency. Maybe train your management and employees on how to speak with the public and not be so abrasive when they are attempting to do business especially in the hospitality service.
