A Cut Above The Reats The name suggests a grandiose salon in a city such as NY. I was pleasantly surprised to find a quaint family-owned salon in downtown Green Bay. The service was excellent. I don't think I've ever had anyone take more care in cutting and styling my hair. The nicest part, however, is their sinks are at their stations - once you sit down, you don't have to get back up until you are completely finished.
