I live in Norway Pines. We have a very pleasant, friendly community here. Exceptional maintenance and office staff at Madison Ave. I've never had to wait for service nor have I ever been treated like a second class citizen. I take pride in my apartment and I appreciate everything you folks do for us. Thank you!
I live at Hillside Terrace.. Madison Ave and the staff are always nice and pleasant to work with, Any issues I have are always resolved in a timely manner.. The maintenance crew is very helpful and always in good spirits!!! And the property manager is very delightful to speak with in any and all situations.. Thank you Madison Avenue for all you do!!!
Very old, dirty, disgusting place to live.... the laundry room is so dirty you can’t believed. And the owners cheat people over rent and deposit. I don’t recommend at all.
