Had my vehicle in for some work. They were efficient, and got the job done when they said they would. Person i interacted with was nice. My key fob was working backwards, they fixed it so it worked correctly. I know a little thing, but I really appreciated it. Overall impressed.
Company utilizes its employees Facebook accounts to advertise junk vehicle parts for Sale. I was working with one of its employees, Zack, and he told me that a specific part was available and we could pull it off. I paid my mechanic to go over there to pull it off, but they had already got rid of the vehicle and did not inform me of this, even though I spoke to him the day Prior. The guy shrugged his shoulders, and didn’t even care that he wasted my time, my money or my mechanics time
Sold me a lemon car with known issues.
