I've been taking my car to Rodney for over 4 years and have been super happy with his service. There've been several times that Rodney charged me far less than I expected, and has been honest and forthcoming about what needs to be done with my vehicles. I recently moved, and after disappointing experiences with other mechanics, I brought my car back to Rodney even though I had to drive across town. If you're looking for a solid mechanic, this is it.

I have had nothing but great service from these people. Not only are they fast, but they've also kept the cost to a minimum. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My guess is that the person who had a bad experience with them was warned beforehand that the problem with his car was difficult to diagnose, and that certainty was not guaranteed, and I would call that the sign of a good, honest, mechanic, not a bad one.

I've had nothing but a good experience with this shop. I've had multiple vehicles serviced. Prices are by the book which can swing either way once the project is started which seems more than fair to me. I'm shocked to read the previous review. The mechanic and owner has advised me to put off certain things that could wait to be fixed until later. That doesn't seem like somebody who wants to rip a person off.

another florida scam artist!! took my car in because it would start and run forever, but stall out when put into gear. possibly fuel system problem. over the phone he told me that 8 things would be changed, invoice shows 5 out of 8 were changed @ a hefty price of $720, once i received my car it stalled out less than a quarter of a mile from the shop, he then tried to charge my a $45 tow fee to get it back to his shop. the second time i picked it up the car stalled 300 feet from the driveway of the shop and told me that he "c... read more
