My mom has had a rat in her apartment for almost a month they keep poking along and giving her excuses she can't sleep she's a nervous wreck she has to get up early and go to work she's exhausted
I lived here for 13 months and it was pretty good, only gripes were people don't know how to throw trash into the machine and it does tend to pile in the morning. Make sure you fill up your laundry card before the weekends otherwise your out of luck. In my experience maintenance came pretty quick(same day).
By far the worst place I've been in... there was a shooting right in front of my bedroom window and along with other residents our cars got shot at (multiple times), when I went to the office the next morning to talk to the manager about it first she didn't want to talk about it and tried to shoo me off by telling me very loudly that the shooting "did not occur in the apt complex, people think it did but it wasn't in here", just "rumors"...
