I’ve been living at Madison at Roosevelt a little over 3 years now. My first year there was a turnover with maintenance team and when Deron came on board he has been phenomenal with maintenance service/repair. He is very polite and respectful. He takes the time to listen to what the resident is complaining about in regards to the service call. I’ve been here for approximately 6 months and I’ve had nothing but good things to say about this place. The maintenance crew is exceptional. Deron is prompt, curtious, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend living here without a doubt
I’ve lived at Madison at Roosevelt for 5 years now. Deron and staff have all been amazing and I would give 10 stars if I could. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, Deron has fixed it promptly and always has a smile on his face.
