Don’t be fooled by the gated community look because the gate to come in doesn’t work and is open 24/7 in the last 3 months it’s worked maybe 10x and when it does work it takes anywhere from 5-10 mins to open it so instead of fixing it they just figured they would leave it open. No visitor parking multiple company vehicles so if you work second shift when you come home you’ll have to park a mile away from your apartment. Along with multiple vehicles that don’t run and just sit and take up parking spots.
Yesterday I had a tour of the community with an outstanding gentleman Elliott. I didn't hold anything back in what I've been dealing with looking for an apartment and he did not shy away from answering. He was straightforward and transparent and addressed all my concerns and I felt heard. He showed me the apartment I would be renting, not just a model apartment but the very one I would be living in. I had an issue come up recently, and Lillie went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly. She was professional, attentive, and made me feel taken care of throughout in the process of addressing my concerns.
