I’ve lived at Madison for just about a year now and I have zero bad things to say about my experience! I wanted to wait until I got my renewal to review as I’ve been burned by crazy high renewal rents by previous complexes, but that was not the case here! The property is well maintained, pretty quiet, and in a great location. Like I said- zero issues, no complaints! The few times I’ve requested maintenance, it’s been taken care of within a day or two. I recently moved to Madison at Roosevelt and have really enjoy living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The maintenance team is friendly, responsive, and gets things done quickly. Overall, it’s been a great start
Lillie and Darrell are incredibly professional, They quickly take care of any problems I have and make sure the complex stays beautiful.
