I’ve been living at Madison at Roosevelt a little over 3 years now. My first year there was a turnover with maintenance team and when Deron came on board he has been phenomenal with maintenance service/repair. He is very polite and respectful. He takes the time to listen to what the resident is complaining about in regards to the service call. I had no appointment but wanted to see the property and a unit from the moment I walked into the leasing office and met Lillie I was taken by the level of service and professionalism I felt so welcome I can truly see myself calling Madison at Roosevelt home
Called the other day while apartment hunting. Dealt with a few grouchy leasing agents at other complexes and Lillie completely turned my mood around. What a kind woman!! She was so patient and kind answering my millions of questions. Such a bright light- you all are lucky to have her!
