It used to be great but the management is sucks right now. They have towing company called TRL Towing,they towed my car in my parking when I was out of state and they said because it had a scratch on it,the worse part is Security called them because they have deals with them and that’s how they make more money,no body from management will help,they don’t care. Bad security Bad management No help at all when you need to adress an issue.
They refused me access to the HOA meeting on May 5th 2025 at 2pm. I tried joining the zoom call, zoom meeting, and even went up to the clubhouse after some female on the emergency phone line was rude to me. They looked right at me in their locked pool room and looked back at their laptop. They proceeded to ask me for my name and unit number through text, didn't even bother getting up to talk to me. I visited 3 properties for sale and they were fine. The problem is the condo itself. Everything is rusty and dirty, it feels like they’ve never cleaned some of the hallways. Stairs are in terrible condition. HOA doesn’t really do its job, which scared me away from purchasing a property at Madison. Hopefully things can get better in the future but as of now this place is terrible.
