Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM MACUNGIE VILLAGE. Check out all the negative reviews!!! They are negative for a reason. Nothing is ever fixed right. The maintenance people are rude and don't know how to do their job properly.
I lived here for close to 3 years (2022-2024). Pros: Great location. Safe neighborhood. Cons: Rent is extremely overpriced for what you get. Appliances constantly break. Dog waste on the sidewalks that no one cleans up. Overgrown hedges blocked the path to our entrance. Even after reporting it, it took them a month to trim them. The AC broke in the summer and was out for multiple days, leaving our apartment over 80°F. In the winter, the parking lot wasn’t salted, and my pregnant wife fell walking to her car.
