We are are living here a year and have had very few issues. Prior to living here we dealt with mold, poor insulation, noisy neighbors and questionable parking. It's very quiet here and our neighbors come and go. Our only issue is stairs but we are dealing with it because we like the privacy and space of a second floor. We never had a washer and dryer in our apartment till now so that is a big blessing and the two bathrooms definitely work for us
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT FROM MACUNGIE VILLAGE. Check out all the negative reviews!!! They are negative for a reason. Nothing is ever fixed right. The maintenance people are rude and don't know how to do their job properly.
I lived here for close to 3 years (2022-2024). Pros: Great location. Safe neighborhood. Cons: Rent is extremely overpriced for what you get. Appliances constantly break. Dog waste on the sidewalks that no one cleans up. Overgrown hedges blocked the path to our entrance. Even after reporting it, it took them a month to trim them.
