Only just moved in a week ago, but I have to say how much I like this place so far!! It's so quiet and peaceful here and I love the surrounding area. Very close to La Bonitas and Smiths, makes it real easy to hit both on grocery day Brenda and Martha were extremely helpful and attentive to my family during the application and move in process and kept in contact every step and made the process painless. I haven't met the new owners yet so I'm hoping they are friendly and do better than the last owners. Last owners were very nice and always always worked with you so we were shocked when they left. The downside is the person I've seen didn't seem very friendly it wasn't Brenda but one of the owners maybe? Just wasn't friendly but I love the new staff! Brenda is awesome and I'm very Happy hear at Madison, it's a smaller community than other apts but that's ok with me. It's quiet here and the neighbors are all pretty nice. They... read more
