The manager is very congenial and friendly! I'm impressed with how quiet the complex is and I love the renovation of the unit i selected! It's going to be perfect !

Brenda was so helpful and communicated through the tour all the way to finishing the application. She is amazing! Jeremy with the maintenance team was also very efficient, addressed all of my concerns, and fixed them! I couldn't be more pleased so far! :)
I Love my spacious and cool apartment! Stays cool in summer too. The manager Brenda and the maintenance staff here are top notch! Fast and efficient, I put in a request for maintenance and it’s fixed within 24 hrs. I appreciate the entire staff here and am halfway through my second year. Great job and thank you!
Only just moved in a week ago, but I have to say how much I like this place so far!! It's so quiet and peaceful here and I love the surrounding area. Very close to La Bonitas and Smiths, makes it real easy to hit both on grocery day Brenda and Martha were extremely helpful and attentive to my family during the application and move in process and kept in contact every step and made the process painless.
