Great place to live, ameen in maintenance is very responsive.
It has roaches. They lied about it when I asked. Got insanely hot in the summer. Terribly overpriced. Avoid Avenue living if possible.
I made an appointment for today and I wait for 30 min and no one show up and I don't receive even a call to explain why they doesn't appear, what a waste of other people's time.
Great place to live, since it is downtown you are close to all the nearby amenities & the management team are also highly responsive & always extending their help to the best of their capabilities. If you are looking for something in the downtown area I highly recommend Madison Arms!!
