We requested for stove repair and other things sharan was from maintenance quickly responded to our request. We are happy with his service.
to start off, 5 stars service to the maintenace associate Sharan who was efficient and responsible. i left 3 stars coz i submitted the maintenance requests in late May and again in the beginning of August but had no responses from Avenue Living. I had to call the office to follow up in the end. Hopefully this part would get improved

Sharan was very professional, friendly, and efficient. He fixed my toilet quickly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you for the great service—I really appreciate your help! Elaine was very welcoming, friendly, and professional.
