They need to have more respect of their clients! They don't care how somebody else feels, they need new staff, and I never would recommend them. Someone can get someone else think the worst things about them because they refuse to care what their clients tell them. They need to listen to their clients and need to work on communication a lot more than what they do.
I would not recommend to anyone. The communication with clients is horrible! I wish my daughter would have left when I told her years ago. If she wouldn't have been brainwashed by them, she might have left sooner.
