Madison Area Carpet Cleaners does an excellent job, plus they do it in a timely manner. You can count on them being there when they say they will be there and also you do not have to wait to have your carpets cleaned as they will arrange it so they can have them done when you need them done.
I had my carpets cleaned yesterday and they are still soaked today. Absolutely unbelievable how wet they are!! The kids that came to do the job looked like they were in junior high and no real interest in doing a good job were here to just get it done. About 3 weeks ago we had an entire glass of red wine spilled on our white carpeting. Madison Area Carpet Cleaners came out and got most of it out but a small stain remained. I called and they came out again 2 days later. It looked great initially but then some must have wicked up because the stain reappeared. I called again and no problem -- they came again -- except I forgot to leave the key. I was feeling badly when the scheduler called me and asked if we could reschedule!!! The best carpet cleaning service I have ever used!!! I have worked with Stu for well over 20 years and he is wonderful. I am a real estate broker and had some homes that I thought would never come clean. After Stu and his team were there, you'd think the carpets were brand new. I would never use anyone else!!!
I wouldn't use any other company to clean my carpets. They also did an exceptional job on my antique needlepoint seat cusions, and made my sofa and loveseat look brand new. The entire house was brighter after MACC paid a visit. Their staff is friendly and very helpful; they work quickly but never cut corners, and their prices are fair and reasonable too. Highly recommended!
My carpet looked brand new when they were done cleaning it. My once beige carpet looked lifeless and dingy before it was cleaned. Madison Area carpet cleaning renewed my carpets life. It looked almost brand new and I realized just how dirty it was. The technicians were courteous and answered my questions. The cost wound up to be much less than I anticipated.
