ROACHES!! BAD MANAGEMENT! I signed a lease her and found roaches within the first month. It wasn’t on an infestation scale so I couldn’t withhold rent or have a constructive eviction processed to break my lease. During my lease they sell the building and new management takes over and we aren’t told anything for weeks and weeks. New management doesn’t do anything but tell us the new ways to pay, ALL of which include a fee including cash.
