Things are much better since new management took over. They've done some nice updating and remodeling. Pretty happy.
ROACHES!! BAD MANAGEMENT! I signed a lease her and found roaches within the first month. It wasn’t on an infestation scale so I couldn’t withhold rent or have a constructive eviction processed to break my lease. During my lease they sell the building and new management takes over and we aren’t told anything for weeks and weeks. New management doesn’t do anything but tell us the new ways to pay, ALL of which include a fee including cash. There were STILL ROACHES WHEN I MOVED OUT, I told them I’m not staying in an apartment wi... read more
Roaches in units and in hallways!! Bad management!! Avoid Cliff!! Family lived there and I couldn’t even visit!
