Same. No bill for months. Horrible billing.
This billing service is the WORST! Waited 2 months to get a bill then it was supposed to be paid in full in 10 days. The surgeon and the hosptial both discounted their bills but this company wouldn't. All they could say is, "it's our policy". Maybe you need to change your policy to get in line with what other local providers are doing!! If there were another local anesthesia option available I would use it based on this experience alone!
Same as every review. I have never heard of our seen a bill from these people but suddenly they call saying we have 10 days before we are getting sent to collections. They also left us out account number on a voicemail so if they did have the wrong phone number these people just gave out a way into my medical information. I am super livid about this. Figure out your billing system.
