This is the hardest it’s ever been to pay a bill. I have never seen a physical copy of my bill yet I get calls threatening to send my bill to collections. When I call back they never answer. They say they are open until 5 but really they are open until 1. Extremely unprofessional and difficult to get in contact with.
Never saw a bill, never got a letter from my insurance that it went to them, yet I keep getting calls saying I have 10 days to pay my bill or it'll go to collections. My insurance should have paid it in full anyway. They suck!
Consensus with the other reviews. Every time we try to call, they don't answer, and they sent us to collections with no warning. They called my husband's phone once while he was at work, and we got one paper bill that quickly got lost in a chaotic household.
