Really great complex with tons of amenities, in a super nice location too. The property manager, Stacy, is fantastic to work with as well!
I lived in Madison and Main for three years, and it`s a great apartment complex in tons of ways. It`s quiet with very friendly residents. It has generous amount of parking spaces, which is rare and a struggle to find in Madison. Commute to Madison is easy and quick. Kwik Trip right across the street and open 24 hours was a savior. I presently live at the Madison & Main apartment complex in Waunakee, WI. The complex is in the heart of the city. Amber, the property manager, does an excellent job of maintaining the complex and the grounds. The utility services are properly maintained and inspected. There are both sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems throughout the complex, as well as in the heated underground parking garage – all of which are professionally maintained and managed by Amber and her staff. Madison and main is a wonderful apartment complex! The manager is always on top of stuff and always doing upgrades around the property! She plans parties in the community room and always has snacks stocked up! The units are perfect size and even the maintenance stays on top of work orders and makes sure everyone is happy!
