Iv starting coming here as a walk in for a few months. The receptionists have not exactly been the warmest or most friendly over this time (dont let that keep you away) but Dr. Patient has been amazing everytime iv seen him. Hes now both mine and my BFs family doctor, as he has incredible bedside manner and iv never felt more comfortable talking to a dr then I do him. Iv had the same family dr for 29 years until now and im much happier.
Receptionist is rude
NOT A WALK IN CLINIC!!! You can make an appointment for walk in, IF you call the second they open if not your screwed no way to see anyone so appointment only. The doctors are good no issues but reception staff are the worst, seriously 7/11 cashiers could do a better job talking to people like they are human beings, The curly haired lady is the absolute worst, rude, ignorant, looks up personal info when she shouldn't... I cant in the review describe well how bad she is, its horrific. I don't get why they don't fire her.
I’ve been going to this clinic for a few years now , and have never had a bad experience , the ladies at the front have always treated me well . My appointments are always on time , sometimes even get in early . The doctors I’ve seen have always been helpful and Dr. Patient takes care of all my needs , never feel rushed . I thank them all for their service.
I never leave reviews — but that red hair, long and greasy Caucasian receptionist lady was an unreasonable/unworthy employee. I walk in and went to the desk only to get her shrug her shoulders immediately and with her hand throw up the air like “what do you want” look. It just makes laugh, like why treat humans (especially ones that are ill and sick) like that? My whole interactions in there was less than 2 minutes. She was on shift at Feb 10, 2025 @ 2:30 PM.
