ORA center (formerly Madia's healing arts) is not just a yoga studio, its a wonderful and welcoming community. The instructors and classes are all amazing. There is something here for everyone. Beautiful studio that feels like a warm hug
I have attended the Awaken Wellness class for over a year. Bethany is one of the best instructors around! At the beginning of each class, she polls the group members as to their preferred focus for the day, and then sets goals for the hour. During class, she introduces each pose and speaks detailed instructions throughout the lesson. She monitors the students and never hesitates to go over to a student and help with managing or mastering a pose. She creates a supportive and welcoming class each time. This place is so special. I completed the teacher training certification in April and it was a beautiful experience. It's so much more than learning postures. It's a place where authenticity is nurtured. Exploration is welcomed. If you ever considered becoming a teacher or just deepening your practice. I would highly recommend this program. I also enjoy the variety of yoga classes offered and will continue to practice in this beautiful community. 🙏🏼
