Rude and unprofessional. Nurses at NCH BG were great, doctor not so much. Told me if I was in as much pain as I said, I would’ve gotten it checked out sooner. Attitude shift when I started to ask questions
Went to Northwest Community Immediate care to check if my cough is dangerous. The facility and personal are good, but Dr. Madhuri Thota is not reasonable. She did not listen to my chest and came at the end telling me she does not hear any wheezing. I asked her how does she know about no wheezing if she did not use her stethoscope on me. She said she did! I spent there 1h 20min, most of that time was a time waiting for her to come. To note, it was me and other patient around.
