Dr. Devdhar is my savior! I have a rare metabolic disease, and I had not found a doctor that treated adults. She not only treats adults, she was aware of a new treatment that treats the DNA problem. She was able to have me approved for the drug, and I feel better than I ever have. She is the first doctor to provide a treatment that works for me since I aged out of Scottish Rite, and is my miracle worker!
I did not even see the doctor and the nurse tried to get me on Levothyroxine based off of symptoms alone. Come to find out my thyroid was fine. They never tested what I initially went in asking for. when I tried to pull the notes again from the patient portal they locked my account and pulled the documents. So I could not access the records. It is scary that places like this exist. Please advocate for your health and do not subject yourself to “doctors” like this.
This is the most inept Dr.s office I have ever encountered. They don’t answer phones, don’t return call and their portal is a joke. I have been trying to get some paperwork for several months now to no avail. The only way for me to contact them is to go out of my way after work to speak to someone face to face, however they close before their posted times. Every day. Maybe their hours should only reflect an opening time because their closing times appears to change daily.
