The whole team had amazing bedside manners! All were super professional but not scared to be silly for my little. Answered all my questions and provided explanations that were easy to understand. Super smooth process. 100% recommend!!
Dr. Chilakapati is the absolute best! You can tell she really cares about her patients as she explains everything to you and also takes the time to answer any questions you have. I can't recommend her highly enough, she is an absolutely amazing doctor!
My son has a scratched cornea- he had already been seen by our optometrist twice, who said it was not healing and he needed to see a Pediatric Opthamlogist that day. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Chilakapati, but my wife was unable to make it from the Optometrist to her office until about 15 minutes after the appointment. Despite our optometrist describing this as an emergency, and saying he needed to be seen that day, we were turned away and refused service for being 15 minutes late.
