Dr. Chilakapati is the absolute best! You can tell she really cares about her patients as she explains everything to you and also takes the time to answer any questions you have. I can't recommend her highly enough, she is an absolutely amazing doctor!
My son has a scratched cornea- he had already been seen by our optometrist twice, who said it was not healing and he needed to see a Pediatric Opthamlogist that day. I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Chilakapati, but my wife was unable to make it from the Optometrist to her office until about 15 minutes after the appointment. Despite our optometrist describing this as an emergency, and saying he needed to be seen that day, we were turned away and refused service for being 15 minutes late.
Madhuri helped me with an eye problem back when she was with Kelsey Sebold. Was very helpful with a solution. Thank you
My son had the privilege to be Madhuri Chilakapati, MD's patient. My son was admitted into the picu She worked hard to find a cure for my son's swollen eye. She grew very concerned about his eyesite. My son had already had 2 surgeries however he was not getting better. She sent him for more images and she was right he had a very serious eye problem.
