I thought she was very friendly first and foremost. Her bedside manners was very welcoming, and she listen to my concerns. She also explained to me her thoughts and recommended her best decision and therapy that would probably work for me.
She is knowledgeable, caring, empathic. She walks you through the whole procedure by letting you know what is happening next. No surprises. Very gentle and respectful.
