I wouldn't recommend this rental company. I looked at a property of their's earlier this month and applied for it. After I applied and was approved I was told the price for the unit I applied for went up by $50/m. The lease they sent over was stuffed with hidden fees and these guys expect you to pay for their rental insurance which doesn't cover your belongings whatsoever.
