DR.THOMAS AND HER PRACTICE IS THE WORSE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE DR. THOMAS IS RUDE ALWAYS LATE TALKS ABOUT OTHER PATIENTS TO US AND WE ARE PATIENT AS WELL MAKES US WONDER WHAT SHE SAYS ABOUT US TO OTHERS SHE HANGS UP ON US IF WE DONT ANSWER THE PHONE FAST ENOUGH YOU CALL BACK SHE DONT ANSWER CHANGES MY APPOINTMENT 3x WAIT TIME 2+ HOURS I SEE NEW STAFF EVERY TIME I GO BUT I WILL NOT BE RETURNING
Dr Thomas is amazing, her bedside manner is appreciated. However, we have been seeing her since April 2025; 5 appts - ALL OF THEM have been rescheduled. Excuses of "dr is sick", "dr has to be in court", "dr has to be at the hospital"....ect. For this, I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Thomas.
