Disappointed. Called for an URGENT matter on behalf of a patient to get medication for chronic cough to the point where patient was unable to sleep all night and is not able to breath well, dr manubolu was on call and spoke to her and she said she will send the medicine. An hour later the pharmacy did not receive any medicine. Called back again and her exact words were “i just got home, dont make this urgent, i will send the medication in hour or two”. Dr. Manubolu, She is never rushing and patiently listens to concerns. Very polite and professional, I had anxiety when I visited her for the first time but she made me comfortable. A patient needs to be at ease first so they can focus and discuss their symptoms without any discomfort. In my opinion, a Doctor's visit is not only seeing and discussing your symptoms but is a package of physical and mental health and its treatment.
