Been a patient couple years. Called Thursday the 19th of December 2024 to get a refill on my medication. Talked to a female who took all my information and where to sent meds(pharmacy) and was told it was done. Called pharmacy that afternoon to see if they had received any medication refill. None. Called again that evening to see if it had arrived. Nothing. Called pharmacy again Friday morning nothing .
