I had some custom work done on my bike at this place, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any business, in any industry. Paul (owner) is an incredible salesman, he talks the talk, but far from walks that walk. A job that should have taken a few months max, was drug out to 18+ months, and once finished, had to be taken to another shop for completion and to repair portions that were not completed correctly. Mad Fox Choppers, what more do I need to say? It is a one stop shop for all of your bike needs. If you are a do-it yourself type person you can call and order parts (or online), and have them delivered either right to your door or pick them up right in Batavia, IL ! If you need work done, they do everything from custom seats, exhausts, etc to basic oil changes and detailing of your bike.
