Madewell's Ice Cream - Open year round Madewell's has great food. Ice cream is wonderful. Yes, it is real ice cream, not soft serve. They are open year round unlike most ice cream stores. Only negative thing is they close rather early. If you drive home after work from Indy, you will never have dinner then make it in time for ice cream. Maybe with summer approaching they will stay open later than 6pm.
