Employees did not understand the difference between a price adjustment and returning and rebuying an item. I recommend shopping at the South Coast location instead, where I’ve had a much smoother experience and more helpful customer service.
I feel like clothing retailers are usually reviewed negatively about their products, a shopper's unfavorable experience, or negative customer service and not enough is said about exceptional customer service - so here's one :). Condescending and rude lady working on Monday Nov 4th 4:30 pm she was working. There really needs to be training people on simple customer service. Thin white lady maybe mid 40s.
