Manager in charge has a terrible attitude. Extremely unhelpful and rude, was told I needed to wait a whole week to get help with my lock. Contacted company online and set up a appt. for 2 to get some help with my lock and the guy never showed up. Now it's going to take several hours to get anyone there according to the manager. It costs way to much money to not be able to access my storage. She threatened to call the police if we cut the lock ourselves. This is a great way to lose a customer..
Honestly - worst storage experience I've ever had. Marisol, the "manager" is rude, she interrupts people frequently, and I've had consistently negative interactions with her from the start of my storing my belongings here. Not to mention, if you need to move out they will not accommodate having a trailer such as a U-Pack on the property full-stop. So if you need to move your belongings this way you'll be grabbing a Uhaul, packing everything, driving to a place in the ranchos you can leave the trailer, unloading, and reloadin... read more
