Regarding maintenace, Danny is always available in short notice and solves fast any issue
Maintenance crews have, in the past, colored my overall experience of an apartment in the past -- for better or for worse. I want to express my gratitude for Danny and Orlando at Madera who have been responsive, quick to act, patient with their explanation of a problem, and extremely polite. Their excellent service has given me peace of mind in our new home.
I’ve lived here for 2.5 years now. The location is unbeatable for Mountain View being right across the farmer’s market and near downtown Castro. The amenities and service are top notch with a 15 m pool, hot tub, decent sized gym with dumbbells up to 80 lbs, etc. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and are executed by our on site handyman Danny who is great! All maintenance requests we’ve had have been done in a timely manner. It is a case that rent is pricey, but you get what you pay for.
I’ve lived here for about 2.5 years and I am very happy with the place overall. The training will be a little bit noisy if you are Evelyn side. However, the location is near the farmers market right across the street on Sundays and is in the midst of downtown Mountain View.
