These people are liars and very manipulative. How can you charge people $1000/month and not provide pest control. When I moved in, there were so many bugs in the cabinets it was ridiculous. They have an excess of ants, gnats, and roaches. I will be so happy when these apartments are shut down entirely for providing slumlord conditions. They never fix anything wither..a maintenance request won't be handled for weeks if you don't hound them. No wonder they aren't BBB accredited, they shouldn't be called a business at all. I was told from the start that I would be moved into the same condition of apartment as the model I was shown but OMG I wasn’t ready I moved into a roach infested unit with counter tops that are barely intact they drip water anytime you place anything wet on them due to the counter leaning because it’s barely in place anymore the counters are cut up so bad and the insides of the drawers and cabinets filthy I just put in a order for a new washer and dryer and it was delivered so filthy. My experience with this place have been horrible! Only thing we wanted was an affordable place to live that's it. The workers here are clueless and wasted a s**t load of my time!!!!!!!! Christmas is right around the corner and I don't even have a tree up because I have been waiting for my application to get APPROVED! This is almost 3 WEEKS LATER.
