I've been to Madelines Place while pregnant with both of my children. Both times it was absolutely amazing. Very relaxing and the staff is super friendly, and they were right both times about the genders of my children! Would definitely recommend going! I recommended to my sister and she went when she was pregnant with her daughter and they were right about the gender for her too! She loved it as well. :)
